- greeting and help with luggage - receptionist very professional and very helpful - room size - cleanliness!!!, comfort [bed] - distance from the airport - many cafes and small restaurants, and shops with basic products nearby. - fast wifi - certainly better than another famous hotel [chosen by foreign tourists} which is literally about 200 meters closer to the airport. larger rooms and a more reasonable price]

We stayed for a night between an evening and early morning flight. The room was lovely and clean, good air con and nice bathroom with toiletries. Due to arriving late and wanting to sleep before our next flight we bought drinks and instant noodles from the reception which were very fairly priced and convenient. It was easy to walk between the airport and the hotel, taking around 15 mins.

There was a stair leading to the main entrance of the hotel, but the gentleman at the door helped carry my huge luggage up the stairs. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The location was great, less than 10mins by taxi from the airport. The room facilities were adequate, i only stayed for a few hours before my early morning flight.

The receptionist was lovely and allowed me to drop off my luggage early. Once I arrived, she also helped me bring them to my room. The room was clean and quiet. It is also very close to the airport. When checking out, the friendly security guard outside, helped me with my bags and looked out for my grab driver as well. Will stay again :)

Rooms are clean and spacious enough but the ac takes a while to cool the room. Reception open 24/7, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's close to the airport, about 10-15 minute walk. There's a desk to use one's laptop, and the WiFi is fine. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
